Our associates provide safety/security training; use-of-force instructor-level classes; tactical medical training; policy/procedures training; and IA and basic investigative training to public safety and corporate entities. Associates providing training to corporate/ private security entities are licensed certified trainers with the Alabama Security Regulatory Board.
We provide CVSA resources to public safety agencies.
Our associates are also able to provide logistical support for special events for both public safety groups and the corporate sector.

About Us
W. Blake Strickland, President, CEO
W. Blake Strickland started in the EMS field in 1987 in Jacksonville, AL and later began working in a non-sworn position with the Jacksonville State University Police Department. In 1990, Mr. Strickland officially started his law enforcement career as a police officer; ultimately, working for both municipal and state agencies, rising to the rank of Deputy Chief of Police. Mr. Strickland currently serves as the executive director for a state regulatory board involving health care licensure and enforcement.
Over the course of a 35+ year career, Mr. Strickland has obtained over 20 instructor-trainer and instructor-level certifications, as well as becoming a CVSA Examiner. In 2020, Mr. Strickland was promoted to staff instructor for Human Factors Research Group/PPCT. He has personally taught well over 6,000 students regionally and nationally. Mr. Strickland has served in assignments to include, but not limited to: Patrol, administration, investigations, training, internal affairs, tactical unit, evidence technician, and public information officer.
Mr. Strickland has been retained as an expert witness in cases involving use-of-force, policy, personnel-issues, and weapon-related issues.
Recently, Mr. Strickland has had the privilege of providing training to faith-based organizations on developing and implementing security and medical ministries.
Mr. Strickland and his fellow trainers have decades of experience in performing and training in the fire, EMS, law enforcement fields, as well as the corporate/ private sector.
